There is a monthly critique night called “FoDo” (Foto-Donnerstag = Photo Thursday) I regularly attend. Usually you’ll get a subject and have one month to produce new work exploring the theme. During the next meeting everyone (who wants to) presents one photo and everybody else gives a review.

This months subject was: “Series of 5 images on the subject of Nothing(ness)”. I took these during my weekend in Halle, which is – fittingly – the most empty major city of Germany.

The Series / Halle, Germany – March 2015
