Week #11 – Svema Color 125

Svema Color 125
Svema Color 125 (hand rolled in reused cartridge)

Last weekend I attended a DeviantArt photography meetup in Halle, Germany. The weather wasn’t that great for most of the time, but on the second day the sun came out in the afternoon – the perfect opportunity to check out the Svema Color 125.

I didn’t know anything about Svema before seeing it in the FPP Store. Looks like it’s from the Ukraine, which would explain the muted/normal colors, if compared to the more saturated film stock from Japan (Fujifilm), or USA (Kodak).

Halle, Germany – March 2015

Shop-Talk:

35mm, color negative film from eastern europe, hand rolled, 24 exposures, ISO 125, non-DX. No markings of any kind on film, no manufacturer, no numbers, nothing!
